142 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a woman named Nacky aged about twenty Eight years about five feet four and an half Inches high brown Complexion has a small scar on the Cheek bone near the right eye is the Identical person manumitted by Rachel Snowden by deed dated the twentieth day of November Eighteen hundred and thirteen, and that the said woman named Nacky was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 31 day of August 1819 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Joe Matthews aged about twenty two years about five feet ten Inches high dark Complexion has a scar on his right under Jaw also two small scars on the left hand is the Indentical person manumitted by Rachel Snowden by deed dated the twentieth day of November Eighteen hundred and thirteen, that his freedom Commenced in the year Eighteen hundred and Eighteen and that the said man named Joe Matthews was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 31 day of August 1819 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer a mulatto man named Ned aged about forty five years about five feet six Inches high bright complexion a |
