141 satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Mary Brown aged about thirty years about five feet two and an half Inches high dark Complexion has several scars upon the back of the left hand and another upon the right wrist, was free born; and that the said Mary Brown was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 21 August 1819 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof named Fanny Queen aged about Eighteen years about five feet three and an half Inches high, brown Complexion a small scar under the right Eye also a small dark stripe resembling a scar under the left eye was free born; and that the said Fanny Queen was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 30th day of August 1819 Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Luckey (a Susanna Campbell aged about thirty five years about five feet two and three quarter Inches high, black Complexion and black Gums, is the Identical person manumitted by Margaret Hopkins by deed dated the sixth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eleven; and that the said negro woman named Luckey (or Susanna Campbell) was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 31st day of August 1819 |
