140 Jerningham Drury by deed dated the ninth day of November Eighteen hundred and five, that her freedom Commenced on the first day of September Eighteen hundred and fifteen, and that the said negro woman named Flora was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 21st August 1819 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a mulatto man named Thomas Parker aged about twenty six years, about five feet ten Inches high a small scar across the nose and another upon the left side of the face, was free born; and that the said Thomas Parker was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 21st August 1819 Maryland; Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named William Parker aged about thirty six years about five feet Eight Inches high dark Complexion a small scar upon the left arm just above the wrist, was free born, and that the said William Parker was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 21.st August 1819 Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my |
