101 ten and an half inches high dark complexion with a small scar just above the left eye is the same person manumitted by Mary Pearson by deed dated the sixth day of July one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine and that the said negro woman Cate was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 21.st day of July 1817 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc. I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named William Docker aged about twenty two years about five feet eight and an half inches high brown complexion with a small scar upon the back of the left hand and others upon the right and left elbow was free born and that the said William Docker was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 31st day of July 1817 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Polly aged about forty four years about five feet four Inches high of a brown complexion no perceptible mark is the same person manumitted by Francis Neale by deed dated the fifth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and sixteen; and that the said negro woman named Polly was raised in Anne Arundel County Issued the 31st day of July 1817 |
