102 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Samuel Garrett aged about twenty one years about five feet three Inches high dark complexion, no perceptible mark was free born and that the said negro man was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 31.st day of July 1817 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Milly aged about twenty three years about five feet high of a brown complexion, a small scar between the third and fourth fingers of the left hand and another upon the left foot is the same person manumitted by Henry Duvall by deed dated the thirteenth day of January eighteen hundred and seventeen and that the said negro woman Milly was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 5th day of August 1817 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Cassandra Sparrow aged about twenty three years about five feet one |
