100 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County sc I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro man named Cæsar Boston aged about twenty two years about five feet two Inches high dark complexion with a scar upon the right leg just above the instep another upon the right knee and a third upon the left knee was free born; and that the said Cæsar Boston was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 7th day of June 1817 State of Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit: I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Tamer aged about forty four years, about five feet one Inch high dark complexion and has several scars upon the right arm is the Identical person manumitted by John Lewell by deed dated the twenty third day of November one thousand Eight hundred and twelve, that her freedom Commenced on the twelfth day of December one thousand Eight hundred and fourteen; and that the said negro woman named Tamer was raised in the County aforesaid Issued the 23d day of June 1817 State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sct I hereby certify to all whom it doth or may concern that it hath been proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof a negro woman named Cate aged about fifty seven years about four feet |
