I Benjamin E Gantt Register Wills for Anne Arundel
County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the
last will and testament of Elizabeth Merriken late of
Anne Arundel County deased that she did by her said will
manumit Liberate and Set free a negro Girl by the
name of Rozetta Campher and it being proved to my satisfaction
that the bearer hereof is the Identical person
as freed by said Will  I do Certify that she is in height
5 feet 3¾ Inches Light complexion and was freed
by the Last Will and testament of Elizabeth Merriken
dated 17 January 1817 aged about 25 years

appears from the last will and testament of Frances
Bowden late of the county aforesaid deceased that she
did by her said will manumit Liberate and set free
a negro woman by the name of Louisa Leston and
it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
is the identical person as freed by said Will  I do certify
that She is in height five feet one & three quarter
inches Light complexion about the age of twenty
seven years & was freed by the Last Will and testamet
of the said Frances Bowden dated 21 August 1843
                                            Issued 19 June 1851

Identical person as freed by said will  I do certify that
she is in height five feet one Inch Dark complexion
about the age of Twenty one and was freed by the
