        I Benja  E Gantt Register Wills for Anne Arundel
County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the
last will and testament of Elizabeth T Cowman late of
Said county deceased that she did by her said will manumit
Liberate and set free a negro Boy by the name of Isaac
Williams and it being proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof is the Identical person as freed by Said
will  I do Certify that he is in height five feet four
& half Inches dark complexion is about the age of
Twenty three years and was freed by the last Will
and testament of Elizabeth T Cowman dated 17 Day
June 1843 has no marks

Arundel County do hereby certify and attest That
it appears from the last Will and testament of
Elizabeth T Cowman late of Said county deceased that
She did by her Said Will manumit Liberate and
Set free a negro Girl by the name of Sally Scraggs
and it being proved to my Satisfaction that the
bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by Said
will  I do certify that She is in height five feet
about the age of Eighteen years Dark Complexion
and was freed by the last Will and testament of
Elizabeth T Cowman dated 17 Day June 1851 has a
burn on the right arm

County do hereby certify and attest that it appears
from the last Will and testament of William Pumphrey
late of Said county deceased that he did by his Said
will manumit Liberate and Set free a negro man
by the name of George Waters and it being proved
to my Satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the Identical
person as freed by said Will  I do Certify that he is in
height five feet nine & a quarter Inches Light
Complexion & about the age of 33 yrs & was freed by the Will of
William Pumphrey dated 1 November 1820
                                    Issued 22 Aprl 1851
