            I Samuel Brown Jnr Register of Wills for Anne
Arundel County do hereby Certify and attest that it
appears from the last will and Testament of Thomas
Woodfield late of the county aforesaid deceased that he
did by his said will Manumit Liberate and set Free a
negro Girl by the name of Charlotte Richardson and it
being proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer hereof
is the identical person as freed by said will  I do
certify that she is in height five feet one & ½ Inches
is about the age of Thirty years dark complexion and
was freed by the last will and Testament of the said
Thomas Woodfield dated the 12 day of November Eighteen
hundred and Thirteen was Raised in Anne Arundel
County has no perceptible scars
                        Issued the 8 day of August 1842
                            Sam.l Brown Jr Rg Wills A A Cty


            I Samuel Brown Jr Register of Wills for Anne Arundel
County do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the
last will and Testament of Thomas W Howard late of the
County aforesaid deceased that he did by his said will Manumit
Liberate and set free a negro Boy by the name of Perry Lynn
and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
is the identical person as Freed by said will  I do Certify
that he is in height five feet seven & ¼ inches is about the
age of Twenty nine years dark Complexion, and was freed
by the last will and Testament of the said Thomas W
Howard dated the seventh day of January 1817 was raised
in Anne Arundel County has a scar on the large Joint of
the right Thumb
                                    Issued the 15 day of August 1842

            I Samuel Brown Jr Register of Wills for Anne Arundel
County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from
the last will and Testament of John B. Burgess late of the county
aforesaid deceased that he did by his said will Manumit
Liberate and set free a negro Boy by the name of Valentine
Williams and it being proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof is the Identical person as freed by said will 
I do certify that he is in height five feet Eight Inches
