     I Samuel Brown Junior Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby
Certify and Attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of
Margaret Waters late of the county aforesaid deceased that She did by
her Said Will Manumit Liberate and Set free a Negro girl by the name
of Fanny Smith and it being proved to my Satisfaction that the
bearer hereof is the Identical person as Freed by Said Will  I do certify
that She is in height five feet Three & ¾ Inches is about the
age of Forty years yellow complexion and was freed by the last
will and Testament of the Said Margaret Waters dated the
Sixteenth day of September Eighteen hundred and Thirty Six
was Raised in Anne Arundel County has a mole under the
left Ear
                                        Issued the 22 day of March 1842
                                            Sam.l Brown Jnr Regr Wills A A Coty


            I Samuel Brown Jn Register of Wills for Anne Arundel
County do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from
the last Will and Testament of Rezin Hammond late of the
County aforesaid deceased that he did by his Said will Manumit
Liberate and Set free a negro Girl by the name of Henny
Burley and it being proved to my Satisfaction that the
Bearer hereof is the Identical person as freed by Said will 
I do certify that She is in height five feet three & ¾ Inches
is about the age of Thirty years dark complexion and
was freed by the last will and Testament of the Said Rezin
Hammond dated the 10 day July 1808 was raised in
Anne Arundel County has no perceptible Scars
                                Issued the 20 day of April 1842

        I Samuel Brown Register of Wills for Anne Arundel
County do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from
the last will and Testament of Eleanor Scrivener late of
Said county deceased that She did by her Said will Manumit
Liberate and set free a negro Boy by the name of John
Gantt and it being proved to my Satisfaction that the bearer
hereof is the Identical person as freed by Said will  I do
certify that he is in height five feet Six Inches is about
the age of Thirty Eight years dark complexion and was
freed by the last will and Testament of the Said Eleanor
Schrivener dated the 6 day March 1802 was raised in A A County
has a Scar on the back of the Right hand
