dated the first day of May Eighteen hundred and seventeen and was raised in Anne Arundel County Issued the 24.th day of September 1834 I Sam.l Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby certify and Attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of Rezin Hammond late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will Manumit, Liberate and set Free, a negro woman by the name of Easter and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical person as Freed by said Will. I do certify that he is in height five feet three inches, is about the age of forty four years, very dark complexion, and was freed by the last Will and testament of the said Rezin Hammond dated the tenth day of July Eighteen hundred and Eight and was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar under the right ear and a mole on the left temple Issued the 25th day of October 1834 Sam.l Brown Jun.r Reg.r Wills A. A. County I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of Zachariah Duvall late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will, Manumit, Liberate and set Free, a negro man by the name of James, and it being proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said Will. I do certify that he is in height five feet four & ¼ inches, is about the age of thirty five years, dark complexion, and was freed by the last Will and testament of the said Zachariah Duvall dated the Twentieth day of July Eighteen hundred and fifteen and was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar Just behind the left ear Issued the 5th day of December 1834 Sam.l Brown Jun.r Reg.r Wills A A County I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby certify and Attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of Rezin Hammond late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his said Will, manumit, Liberate and set Free, a negro boy by the name of Jerry Snowden and it being proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer hereof is the identical person as freed by said Will. I do certify that he is in height five feet eight inches, is about the age of thirty one years, Black Complexion, and was freed by the last Will and testament of the said Rezin Hammond dated the Tenth day of July Eighteen hundred and eight and was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on the left cheek near his mouth Issued the 21st day of May 1835 Sam.l Brown Jun.r Reg.r Wills A. A. County I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last will and Testament of Elizabeth Oliver late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that she did by her said will, manumit, Liberate and set free a Negro woman by the Name of Maria and it being proved to my Satisfaction that the Bearer hereof is the identical person as Freed by said will I do certify that |
