and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical
person as freed by said Will.   I do certify that he is in height five feet
is about the age of Twenty years, dark complexion, and was freed by the
last will and Testament of the said Elizabeth T Cowman dated the
seventeenth day of June Eighteen hundred and thirty four and was raised
in Anne Arundel County and has a wart or mole on the tip of the
left ear
                    Issued the 12th day of August 1834

        I Sam.l Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do
hereby certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament
of Benjamin Ward late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that he did by his
said Will, manumit, Liberate and set free, a negro boy by the name of
Charles Calvert and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof
is the Identical person as freed by said Will.   I do certify that he is in
height five feet five inches, is about ^the age of^ twenty three years, dark complexion,
and was freed by the last Will and Testament of the said Benjamin Ward
dated the Eighth day of February Eighteen hundred and fifteen and was
raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on the left side of
his nose near the eye
                    Issued the 19th day of September 1834

    I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby
certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and testament of Sarah
Riggs late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that she did by her said Will manumit
liberate and set free a negro man by the name of Frederick and it
being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical person as
freed by said Will.  I do certify that he is in height five feet seven
inches is about the age of thirty four years, very dark complexion, and was
freed by the last Will and Testament of the said Sarah Riggs dated the twenty
fourth day of October Eighteen hundred and twelve and was raised in Anne
Arundel County and has a scar on each of his eye brows
                    Issued the 23rd day of September 1834
                                           Sam.l Brown Jun.r Reg.r Wills A. A. County



    I Sam.l Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County do hereby
and attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth
Childs late of Anne Arundel County deceased, that she did by her said
Will, manumit, liberate and set free, a negro woman by the name of Maria
and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the identical
person as freed by said Will.   I do certify that she is in height five feet
two & an ½ inches, is about the age of thirty two years, Black complexion,
and was freed by the last Will and Testament of the said Elizabeth Childs
