money to me in hand paid by Samuel Chaney of Rezin of the County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and delivered and by these presents do grant bargain sell and deliver unto the said Samuel Chaney of Rezin my negro Slave Eliza to serve two years from the date hereof and her increase to serve females until they shall arrive at the age of thirty nine years and if females to serve until they shall arrive at the age of thirty five years I also sell and deliver to the said Samuel Chaney of Rezin two negro children Acsah and Miranda to serve until they are thirty five years of age Acsah was born on the 31.st of April 1841 and Miranda was born October 30.th 1842 and their issue to serve according to Elizas Children above specified which said Slaves I will warrant and defend to the said Samuel Chaney of Rezin his executors administrators assigns against me my executors and administrators and against every other person or persons whomsoever. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my name and affixed my seal this twentieth day of March 1846 Signed sealed and delivered Leonard Mallonee (seal) in presence of Geo A Barber At the foot of the foregoing was thus written to wit Maryland Anne Arundel County Sct On this 20.th March 1846 before me one of the Justices of the peace in and for said County appears Leonard Mallonee and acknowledges the foregoing writing to be his act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof and the act of Assembly in such case made and provided Witness my hand Geo A Barber Recorded the 14.th day of April 1846 ex & del costs 68¼ cts Paid
