95 stands justly indebted unto Rezin H. Snowden of the same County in the sum of twenty three dollars current money with interest from the twenty seventh day of November eighteen hundred and forty five as will more fully appear by reference to a promissory note drawn by said Jones with Rignal D Woodward & John Rice as sureties And also stands justly indebted unto Charles R. Stewart administrator of Thomas Robinson late of Anne Arundel County deceased in the sum of eighteen dollars & twenty eight cents current money with interest from the third day of February eighteen hundred and forty six as will more fully appear by reference to a promissory note drawn by said William Jones endorsed by Rignal D Woodward an John Rice as sureties in favour of said Stewart And also stands justly indebted unto Isaac G. Magruder as agent for the Miss Duvalls in the just sum of thirty six dollars more or less as will appear by reference to the promissory note of said Jones drawn in the year eighteen hundred and forty four the exact day of the month not now recollected by said Jones Now therefore know all men by these presents that the said William Jones for and in consideration of the premises and of the sum of one dollar current money to the said Jones in hand paid by the said Snowden Stewart & Magruder at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the said Rezin H Snowden Charles R Stewart and Isaac G Magruder their Executors administrators and assigns the following described property to wit all my corn now in the corn house all my blade and top fodder and one Buggy Waggon now in my possession. To Have and to hold the said described property to the said Rezin H Snowden Charles R Stewart and Isaac G Magruder their heirs Executors and administrators against me the said William Jones My heirs Executors and administrators and against all and every person or persons whomsoever. And I the said William Jones my heirs Executors & administrators unto the said Rezin H Snowden Charles R Stewart and Isaac G Magruder their heirs Executors administrators and assigns the said described property will warrant and forever defend by these presents In Witness whereof I the said William Jones hath hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty first day of February eighteen hundred and forty six S.
