94 aforegoing to be their act and deed for the purpose therein mentioned acknowledged before Recorded the 24.th day of Feby 1846 W.m Glover costs 56¼ cts paid
sixty one dollars current money to me in hand paid by William H. Owens of Anne Arundel County and State of Maryland the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge having granted bargained sold and delivered and by these presents do grant bargain sell and deliver unto the said William H. Owens my interest in a crop of tobacco made on the farm of Doctor Thomas Owens being one half of said crop which is now hanging in the house on said farm also my dark bay horse my two oxen one ox cart four cows eight head of sheep thirteen head of hogs and my interest in the Crop of Corn made on said place I will warrant and defend to the said William H Owens his Executors administrators and assigns against me my Executors and administrators and against every other person or persons whomsoever In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my name and affixed my seal this the nineteenth day of February in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and forty six his Signed sealed and delivered in Richard x Tydings (seal) my presence with the word mark "bargained" interlined W. Owens At the foot of the foregoing was thus written to wit State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sct On this sixth day of March 1846 personally appeared before me the Subscriber a justice of the peace of the County and State aforesaid Richard Tydings the bargainor above named and acknowledged the foregoing instrument to be his act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned.
