or from any and every of her relations by descent devise or distribution
To Have and to hold the same to him his Executors and administrators
in trust to and for the sole and seperate use of the said Matilda
and in case of her death to and for her children share and share alike
and to and for no other use intent or purpose.  In Testimony whereof the
said William S. Green and Matilda his wife have hereunto set
their hands and seals the day and year first aforesaid

    At the foot of the foregoing was thus written to wit

                Anne Arundel County Sct.

                      Be it remembered that on this twenty eighth day of
January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
forty six before the subscribers two of the Justices of the peace of the
County aforesaid personally appeared the said WIlliam S. Green and
Matilda his wife parties grantors in the foregoing deed and acknowledged
the same to be their act and deed  And the said Matilda wife of the
said William S. Green did sign and seal the said and before us out
of the presence and hearing of her husband and being by us privately
examined out of the presence and hearing of her husband whether
she doth make her acknowledgment voluntary and freely and without
being induced to do so by fear or threats of ill usage by her husband
or fear of his displeasure declares and acknowledges that she doth make
her acknowledgment voluntarily and freely and within it being induced
to do so by fear or threats of or ill usage by her husband or by fear of
his displeasure And we do further certify that of own knowledge we
are satisfied that the persons aforesaid acknowledging this deed are the
persons who are named and described as and professing to be parties
in said deed                                 Acknowledged & Certified by & before

Know all men by these presents
that I Rachel H Watkins of Anne
Arundel County in the State of
Maryland for and in consideration
of the sum of one thousand dollars
current money to me in hand paid by Benjamin Watkins of Anne Arundle
County in the said State at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof I the said Rachel H Watkins do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
