74 if she should die without disposing thereof then in trust for her children living at her death equally share and share alike And the said Grantors for themselves their heirs executors and administrators do jointly and severally covenant grant promise and agree to and with the said Thomas S. Alexander his executors administrators and assigns that they and every and each of them the aforesaid household furniture and every part and parcel thereof unto the said Thomas S. Alexander his Executors administrators and assigns against all and every person and persons whatsoever claiming or to claim by from or under them or either of them shall and will hereafter warrant and forever defend by these presents In Witness whereof the said Thomas G Pratt Thomas R. Kent and Basil Sheppard have hereunto set their hands and seals this first day of November in the year eighteen hundred and forty five Signed Sealed and delivered Thos. G. Pratt (seal) in presence of W.m Glover Thos. R. Kent (seal) Basil Shephard (seal) At the foot of the foregoing was thus written to wit Anne Arundel County to wit. On this first day of November in the year eighteen hundred and forty five before me a justice of the peace in and for said County personally appeared the above named Thomas G. Pratt Thomas R. Kent and Basil Sheppard and acknowledged the foregoing instrument of writing to be their act and deed.
