and assigns forever and I the said Kinsey Tydings for myself
my heirs Executors and administrators the said described
property unto the said Zachariah Johnson his Executors
Administrators and assigns against me the said Kinsey Tydings
my Executors and administrators and assigns against all and
every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant
and forever defend by these presents.  In Witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of
October eighteen hundred and forty five            his
Signed sealed and delivered                   Kinsey x Tydings   (seal)
    in the presence of Robt Boone                    mark

    At the foot of the foregoing was thus written to wit

                Anne Arundel County Ss
Be it remembered that on this twenty seventh day of October
1845 before the Subscriber a justice of the peace for said County
appears Kinsey Tydings and acknowledges the above Instrument
of writing to be his act and deed according to the true intent and
meaning thereof.  Acknowledged before   Robt Boone
Recorded the 30.th day of October 1845
