Henry Wilson to Nicholas B.
Worthington Bill of sale by
way of mortgage of certain personal
property dated the twenty third
day of July eighteen hundred and
forty five
This Indenture made this
23.rd day of July in the year
eighteen hundred and forty
five between Henry Wilson
of Anne Arundel County
and State of Maryland
of the one part and Nicholas
B. Worthington of the same County and State of the other
part.  Whereas the said Henry Wilson did on the seventeenth
day of November eighteen hundred and forty three duly execute
a bond of replevin to a certain Vachel Sevin which was also signed
by one William A Wilson and the said Nicholas B. Worthington
as the sureties of the said Henry Wilson for the performance
of the condition of the said as will appear by the said bone fide
in the office of the Clerk of said County and for the purpose of
securing the said Nicholas B Worthington against all loss damage
costs charges and payments by reason of his liability as surety in
said bond the said Henry Wilson is willing to execute these
presents.  Now this Indenture witnesseth that for and in consideration
of the premises and of one dollar current money
in hand paid by the said Nicholas B Worthington to the said
Henry Wilson the receipt whereof the said Henry Wilson hereby
acknowledges the said Henry Wilson hath granted bargained
and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell
unto the said Nicholas B Worthington his executors administrators
and assigns all and singular the goods furniture and
household stuff hereinafter particularly mentioned and
expressed that is to say one gray horse seven hogs one horse
cart four beds and furniture two mahogany tables and two
walnut tables and one bureau and all the farming utensils
in my possession.  To Have and To Hold all and singular the
said goods and chattels furniture and household stuff unto
the said Nicholas B. Worthington his executors administrators
and assigns to his and their own use and behoof.  Provided Always
and it is declared to be the true intent and meaning of these presents
that if the said Henry Wilson shall pay and satisfy all costs
charges and judgments which have been or may be rendered against
or be or become due by the said Henry Wilson for not performing
the matters and liabilities in the condition of the bond
aforesaid contained and expressed and also save and keep harmless
and indemnify the said Nicholas B Worthington from and of or
