his executors administrators and assigns to the only proper
use and behoof and as the proper goods and chattels of the
said            Executors administrators and assigns from henceforth
for ever and we the said Lemuel G. Taylor and Andrew Flannigan
for ourselves respectively and not jointly for our respective
Executors and administrators do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said Moncure Robinson his Executors
administrators and assigns that at the execution of these
presents we are the true and lawful owners of the said
Steam Boat called the Maryland of Annapolis and
appurtenances and we have full right and authority
to sell and dispose of the same freed from and cleared of all
claims incumbrances or demands whatsoever.  In Witness
whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals the third day
of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
fifty one

    Jno G. Taylor as to Lemuel G. Taylor

          At the foot of the foregoing was thus written to wit

       City of Annapolis Anne Arundel County fs

On this eighth day of July eighteen hundred and fifty one
before the Subscriber a justice of the peace of the State of
Maryland in and for the City aforesaid personally appeared
Lemuel G. Taylor he being known to me to be the person
who is named and described as and professing to be a party
in the foregoing instrument of writing and acknowledged
the same to be his act and deed           Jno G. Taylor

          State of Maryland City of Baltimore fs

On this third day of July eighteen hundred and fifty one
before the Subscriber a justice of the peace of the State of
Maryland in and for the City aforesaid personally appeared
Andrew Flannigan he being known to me of my own
knowledge to be the person who is named and described as &
professing to be party in the foregoing instrument of
writing and acknowledged the same to be his act and deed

aforegoing acknowledgment by Lemuel G. Taylor
