of the bill of sale aforesaid from the said Freeborn G.
Water's to the said Henry Johnson.  In testimony whereof
the said Henry Johnson and Thomas Solley have hereunto
respectively set their hands and seals, this sixteenth day of
April in the year, one thousand, eight hundred and

presence of   J. W. Hunter

State of Maryland, Anne Arundel County; Sct:  On this sixteenth
day of April in the year, eighteen hundred and fifty one,
personally appears^r^ before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace, of
the State of Maryland, in and for said county, the above
named Henry Johnson, mentioned in said bill of sale as the
seller, and the above named Thomas Solley, also mentioned
in said bill of sale as purchaser, and acknowledged the same to
be their respective act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned.
In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand, on the day and
year aforesaid

State of Maryland, Anne Arundel County sct:  On this 22.nd day of
April, eighteen hundred and fifty, personally appears before me
the subscriber a Justice of the Peace of the said state, in and for the
said County, the grantee Thomas Solley in the aforegoing bill of sale
mentioned and made oath that the consideration therein set
forth is true and bona fide         Sworn before

Anne Arundel County, to wit, I certify that the grantee this
day paid one dollar being the duty chargeable by Larvon this Instrument
of Writing, the receipt whereof is hereon endorsed, agreeably
to the Act of Assembly of December Session 1846, chapter 61.
Given under my hand this 22.nd day of April 1851
