Collinson, his executors, administrators and assigns forever
And I, the said Joseph C. Collinson, for myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators, all and singular the said
negro Richard, unto the said Edward Collinson, his Executors,
Administrators and Assigns, against me the said Joseph
C. Collinson, my Executors, and administrators, and
against all and every other person or persons whatsoever
shall and will warrant and forever defend by these
presents, and of all and singular, which said negro,
and other the premises, I the said Joseph C. Collinson,
have put the said Edward Collinson in full possession by
delivering to him the said Edward Collinson, one cent
at the sealing and delivery of these presents, in the name of
the whole premises hereby bargained and sold, or mentioned
and intended to be so unto him the said Edward Collinson
as aforesaid.  In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed my seal this 23.rd day of January 185

delivered in presence of
                Owen M. Taylor

State of Maryland, Anne Arundel County, to wit:  Be it remembered,
that on this 23.rd day of January 1851, personally appeared before
me the subscriber, a Justice of the Peace of the State and County
aforesaid, the grantor in the within bill of sale and
acknowledged the within instrument to be his act and deed
for the purposes therein mentioned, and also at the same time
appeared the Grantee in the said Indenture and made oath
that the consideration set forth in the said Bill of Sale is
true and bonafide as therein set forth

Anne Arundel County, to wit:  I certify that the grantee this day
paid one dollar being the duty chargeable by law on this
Instrument of Writing the receipt whereof is hereon endorsed
agreeably to the Act of Assembly of December Session 1846 Chapter 61
Given under my hand this 23.rd January 1851
