George R. Webb and wife
                     to
    John N. Webb
This Indenture made this nineteenth
December eighteen hundred and
fifty, 1850, between George Randolph
Webb, and Mary E. H. Webb his wife, of Anne Arundel
County, and State of Maryland of the one part and John H. Webb
of Stewart County and State of Georgia of the other part,
witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the sum of
eight hundred current money of the State of Maryland
paid by the said John N. Webb, to the said George R. Webb
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge, the said
George R. Webb, hath granted, bargained and sold, and by
these presents doth give, grant, bargain and sell, alien, enfeoff,
release, convey and confirm, unto the said John N. Webb,
his heirs and assigns, all his right, title, claim, interest and
demand, if in and to all the personal estate, formerly
belonging to the Estate of his father, James Webb, deceased, of
said County, consisting of negroes, Horses, Cattle, Sheep and Hogs,
and farming utensils, belonging to said Estate.  To Have and To Hold,
the said described property thereunto belonging, unto the said
John N. Webb, his heirs and assigns forever, and the said George
R. Webb, and Mary E. H. Webb, his wife, will forever warrant
and defend the right and title to the foregoing described
property to the said John N. Webb, his heirs and assigns
his heirs and assigns forever, and against the demands
of all other persons whatever.  In testimony whereof the said George
R. Webb, and Mary E. H. Webb his wife, hath hereunto set
their hands and seals the year and day above written

State of Maryland, Anne Arundel County, to wit:

On this 19.th day of December 1850, came George Randolph
Webb, and Mary E. H. Webb, his wife, before me a Justice
of the Peace, in and for said County, and acknowledged
the within and aforegoing Bill of Sale or Instrument of
Writing to be their act and deed, and the property therein
contained to be the right and Estate of the within named
Jno N. Webb, according to the true intent and meaning thereof
                                              Witness my hand
