said goods, household stuff and furniture, and other the premises,
I the said Peter Williams have put the said Henry Williams in
full possession, by delivering to him the said Henry Williams, one
chair at the sealing and delivery of these presents, in the name
of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold, or mentioned, or
intended so to be, unto him the said Henry Williams as aforesaid.
In witness whereof, I the said Peter Williams have set my hand
and affixed my seal this twentieth day of November, eighteen
hundred and fifty                                         his

And at the same time and place also appeared before me Henry
Williams, the grantee in the said Bill of Sale named, and made
oath, that the consideration set forth in the said Bill of Sale is true
and bonafide as therein set forth            Sworn before

Know all men by these presents, that
I, Hamilton P. Moss of Anne Arundel
County and State of Maryland, for, and
in consideration of the sum of four
hundred dollars lawful money of the United States, to me in hand
paid by William S. Weedon in trust for Alice Weedon, at and before
the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged:  Have granted bargained and sold, and by
these presents, do grant, bargain and sell, unto the said William
S. Weedon in trust as aforesaid, his Executors Administrators,
and Assigns, one negro girl named Ellen aged eighteen
years, to serve the said William S. Weedon in trust for Alice
Weedon, her heirs, Executors and Administrators for life.
To Have and To Hold the said described negro girl to the said
William Weedon in trust as aforesaid, his Executors, Administrators
and Assigns forever; and I the said Hamilton P. Moss, for myself, my heirs
Executors and Administrators, the said negro girl unto the said
William S. Weedon, his Executors, Administrators and Assigns, against
me the said Hamilton P. Moss my Executors and Administrators
and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever, shall and
will warrant and forever defend by these presents in witness whereof,
I have hereunto set my hand and seal this tenth day of December eighteen hundred
and fifty                                                Hamilton Moss   (Seal)
