Anne Arundel County to wit:  I certify that the grantee this day
paid one dollar, being the duty chargeable by Law on this Instrument
of Writing, the receipt whereof is hereon endorsed, agreeably to the
Act of Assembly of December Session 1846 Chapter 61.  Given under
my hand this 13.th day of November 1850

Henry Williams
Know all men by these presents that I, Peter
Williams of Anne Arundel county, in the
State of Maryland, for and in consideration
of the sum of ten dollars, current money, to me in hand paid by
Henry Williams of Anne Arundel County, in the said State, at
and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof, I the said Peter Williams do hereby acknowledge, have
granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents do grant,
bargain and sell unto the said Henry Williams, his Executors,
Administrators and Assigns, all the goods, household stuff, implements,
and furniture particularly mentioned, expressed and contained
in the schedule hereunto annexed; or then hereinafter particularly
mentioned; that is to say, one spring cart, one pair of
cart wheels, and cart body; a lot of corn and corn fodder, eight
hogs, one plough, one harrow, one pair of harness and traces,
a lot of fowls; three geese, one boat and seine, a lot of potatoes;
two beds and bed furniture, a lot of crockery ware, and
a lot of cooking utensils, a lot of baskets; half dozen chairs, one
table, a shovel and tongs, three axes; three wedges, two small rings
and four hoes, all and singular which said goods and chattels
are now remaining, standing and being in a certain
messuage or tenement situated in Anne Arundel County, and
now in the occupation of the said Peter Williams.  To Have and to
hold, all and singular the said goods, household stuff and
furniture, and other the premises above bargained and sold, or
mentioned or intended so to be, to the said Henry Williams,
his Executors, Administrators and Assigns forever, and I the said
Peter Williams for myself, my heirs, Executors and Administrators
all and singular the said goods, household stuff, and furniture,
and other the premises unto the said Henry Williams his Executors,
Administrators and Assigns, against me the said Peter Williams, my
Executors and Administrators, and against all and every other
person or person or persons whatsoever, shall and will warrant
and forever defend by these presents, of all and singular which
