Henry Williams of Anne Arundel County, in the said State, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof, I the said Peter Williams do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the said Henry Williams, his Executors, Administrators and Assigns, all the goods, household stuff, implements, and furniture particularly mentioned, expressed and contained in the schedule hereunto annexed; or then hereinafter particularly mentioned; that is to say, one spring cart, one pair of cart wheels, and cart body; a lot of corn and corn fodder, eight hogs, one plough, one harrow, one pair of harness and traces, a lot of fowls; three geese, one boat and seine, a lot of potatoes; two beds and bed furniture, a lot of crockery ware, and a lot of cooking utensils, a lot of baskets; half dozen chairs, one table, a shovel and tongs, three axes; three wedges, two small rings and four hoes, all and singular which said goods and chattels are now remaining, standing and being in a certain messuage or tenement situated in Anne Arundel County, and now in the occupation of the said Peter Williams.
