Anne Arundel County, to wit:  I hereby certify that the grantee this
day paid one dollar, being the duty, chargeable by Law on this
Instrument of Writing the receipt whereof is hereon endorsed,
agreeably to the Act of Assembly of December Session 1846 chapter 61
                         Given under my hand this 21.st day of October 1850

Darius King to
James Iglehart &
John T. Snowden
Know all men by these presents that I, Darius
King, for and in consideration of the sum of
ten dollars, current money to me in hand
paid by James Iglehart and John T. Snowden of the City of
Annapolis, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained
and sold, and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell unto
the said James Iglehart and John T. Snowden, their Executors,
Administrators and Assigns, all the crockery ware of every description
Glass ware, knives and forks, table spoons tea spoons, desert spoons,
kitchen ware and furniture and all and every description of
furniture, article, utensil or effects, used by me, or now in my
possession, at the Naval School in the said City of Annapolis, and
also all groceries and provisions also in my possession.  To Have and
to Hold, all and singular the said goods and effects hereinbefore
described, specified or mentioned above, and intended so to be, to the
said James Iglehart and John T. Snowden, their Executors Administrators
and Assigns, to their only use and behoof, and to and for no other use
intent or purpose whatsoever.  And I the said Darius King, for myself,
my heirs, my Executors and Administrators, all and singular, the
said goods, furniture and effects, and others, the premises, unto the said
James Iglehart, and John T. Snowden, the Executors, Administrators and
Assigns, against me the said Darius King, my Executors and Administrators
and against all and every other person or persons whatever shall
and will warrant and forever defend by these presents of all and singular
of which said goods and furniture, and effects, I the said Darius King have
put the said James Iglehart and John T. Snowden in full possession, by
delivering to them one table spoon, at the sealing and delivery of these
presents, in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold
or mentioned, or intended so to be, unto them the said James Iglehart, and
John T. Snowden as aforesaid.  In witness whereof I the said Darius King have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty sixth day of October
eighteen hundred and fifty                                          his
