administrators and assigns forever, to his only proper use and Benefit and
I the said William L Dorsey for myself my executors and
administrators shall and will warrant and forever defend by these
presents to the said John F Wilson his executors administrators and
assigns and against and all and every person or persons
whomsoever claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof In
testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
this sixteenth day of May Eighteen hundred and fifty

State of Maryland A A County To wit   On this 16 day of May
1850 Before me one of the Justices of the peace in and for said
County appeared William L Dorsey and acknowledged the above
writing to be his act and deed according to the true intent and
meaning thereof and the acts of assembly in such case made
and provided
                                           Robert G Pindell

The above Bill of Sale is given to secure the payment of the notes
or single Bills dated the 16 day of May 1850 for the sum of three
hundred and fifty Eight dollars & seventeen cents
                                           J. F. Wilson

State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit   On this 31st day
of May 1850 personally appeared John F Wilson party in the aforegoing
Bill of Sale and made oath that the consideration set forth in said Bill
of Sale is true and Bona fide as therein set forth
             Sworn Before      J W Hunter J P

Anne Arundel County Sct   I certify that the grantee in this Bill of
Sale this day paid one dollar being the duty chargeable by Law
on this Instrument of writing the receipt whereof is hereon
endorsed agreeably to the Act of Assembly of December session
1846 chapter 61   Given under my hand this 31st day of May
