premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and intended to be so
unto him the said James H Watkins of N as aforesaid   In Witness
whereof the said James Wells has hereunto set his hand and
seal this eleventh day of May in the year Eighteen hundred and
fifty

Anne Arundel County State of Maryland to wit   Be it remembered
and it is this day and and hereby certified that on this
Eleventh day of May in the year Eighteen hundred and fifty
before the subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for Anne Arundel
County aforesaid personally appears James Wells he being known to
me to be the person who is named and described as and professing
to be a party to the foregoing deed or Indenture and doth acknowledge
the Said Indenture and Instrument of Writing to be his
Act and deed,   In testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name
the day and year aforesaid.   And at the same time and place
also appeared before me James H Watkins of N. party grantee
named in said Bill of Sale and made oath that the consideration
set forth in the said Bill of sale is true and Bona fide
as set forth therein

Know all Men by these presents that I William L
Dorsey of the County aforesaid for and in consideration
of the sum of the sum of two hundred
and fifty dollars current money to me in hand paid by John F Wilson
of the County aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivery hereof the
receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold
and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said John F Wilson
his executors administrators and assigns the following property now in
my possession to wit one Sorrel Horse one Bay Horse one Chickasaw
Horse three red oxen one black & white ox, one red Yearling one
Pide cow, and one Red cow one corn Sheller, and all the
farming Tools and gear, The above property is Mortgaged
as an Indemnity for money borrowed from the said John F Wilson
To Have and To Hold the same described property above named
bargained and sold to said John F Wilson his Executors
