grant bargain and sell unto the said Eliza Miller the wife of Adam
Miller a negro man by the name of Jim or Jim Peterson.  To Have and
To Hold the said negro man so described as aforesaid to the said Eliza Miller
her executors administrators and assigns forever and I the said Cordelia
C. Miller for myself my heirs executors and administrators the said
negro so described as aforesaid unto the said Eliza Miller her executors
administrators and assigns against me the said Cordelia C. Miller my
executors and administrators and against all and every other person or
persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by
these presents.  In Witness whereof the said Cordelia C. Miller has
hereunto set her hand and affixed her seal this twentieth day of
June in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and forty five

    At the foot of the aforegoing was thus written to wit

    State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sct

Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that on this twentieth
day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and forty five before the Subscriber a justice of the peace of the
said State in and for said County personally appears Cordelia
C. Miller she being known to me to be the person who is named
and described as and professing to be a party to the foregoing
instrument of writing and acknowledges the same to be his act
and deed  In Testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name
on the day and year aforesaid

Deed from Cordelia C. Miller to
George Schwrer of certain personal
property dated the twentieth
day of June eighteen hundred and forty five
 This Indenture made
this twentieth day of June
in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred
and forty five between
Cordelia C. Miller of Anne Arundel County and State of Maryland
of the one part and George Schwrer of the same county
and state aforesaid of the other part.  Witnesseth that the said
Cordelia C. Miller for and in consideration of the sum of three
hundred dollars current money to her in hand paid by the said
George Schwrer at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said Cordelia C Miller
has granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
bargain and sell unto the said George Schwrer his executors administrators
