Miller. To Have and To Hold all and singular the said goods household stuff and furniture and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to be to the said George Schwrer his executors administrators and assigns in trust Nevertheless for the use of Eliza Miller during her life and for the use of such persons as she shall by deed or last will and testament duly executed appoint and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof of the said Cordelia C.
