implements and furniture hereinafter particularly mentioned
that is to say one large silver coffee pot one silver sugar dish one
silver soup boat one silver cream jug twelve table spoons eighteen
tea spoons one large soup ladle two small sauce ladles one large
waiter three salt spoons two silver cans two dozen cain seat chairs
one mahogany sofa one pair of card tables two dining tables one
breakfast table one stand three bureaus three India dressing glasses
three mahogany dressing glasses one Brussels carpet and rug
two cain seat rocking chairs one set of merino curtains and ornaments
one set of slat blinds one marble time piece one pair of candilibres
one set of vases three pair of plated candlesticks one passage lamp
two ingrate carpet and matting one brass fender and andirons
one shovel and tongs two wire fenders andirons shovel and tongs
one parlour stove two side boards one mantle Glass one pier glass
five Japan waiters one plated cake basket one eight day clock
five bedsteads beds and bedding one matrass and all the kitchen
furniture of her the said Cordelia C Miller all and singular
which said goods are now in the possession of the said Cordelia
C. Miller.  To Have and To Hold all and singular the said goods
household stuff and furniture and other the premises above
bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to be to the said
George Schwrer his executors administrators and assigns in trust
Nevertheless for the use of Eliza Miller during her life and for the
use of such persons as she shall by deed or last will and testament
duly executed appoint and to and for no other use intent or
purpose whatsoever

       In Witness whereof of the said Cordelia C. Miller has hereto
set her hand and seal the day and year first above written
Signed Sealed and delivered in
the presence of "The words" of            Cordelia C. Miller   (seal)
the said Cordelia C. Miller being
first inserted in the fourth line of this page

       At the foot of the foregoing was thus written to wit

                                        Anne Arundel County to wit

Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that on this twentieth
day of June eighteen hundred and forty five before the subscriber
a justice of the peace in and for said County and State personally
appeared Cordelia C. Miller she being known to me to be the person
who is named and described as and professing to be the party to the
