and deliver unto the said Armiger his executors administrators and assigns all and singular
the goods &c hereinbefore specified   To Have and to Hold the said goods &c unto the said
Armiger his executors administrators and assigns to his and their own use and behoof and
to and for no other use intent and purpose whatsoever      In Witness whereof the said
Willie Ann Parker has hereunto set her hand and seal on the day and year first

Anne Arundel County sct      Be it remembered that on this 24th day of January in the year
eighteen hundred and fifty before the subscriber a justice of the peace of the state of
Maryland in and for Anne Arundel County personally appeared Willie Anne Parker party
grantor in the annexed instrument of writing and acknowledged the same to be her
act and deed.   And I do hereby certify that I am satisfied of my own knowledge that Willie
Anne Parker the person making this acknowledgment is the person named and described as
and professing to be the party grantor in the aforegoing deed or instrument of writing

 This Indenture made this sixteenth day of February in the year eighteen
hundred and fifty between Thomas Welsh of Anne Arundel County state
of Maryland of the one part and Edward C. Williams of Annapolis City
in the state aforesaid of the other part.    Whereas the said Edward C
Williams by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date on this twenty fourth day of March in
the year eighteen hundred and forty nine duly executed acknowledged and recorded
among the records of Anne Arundel County Court in Liber J H N No 1 folios 345 & 346 (one
of the chattel record Books for said County Court) did grant bargain and sell unto the
said Thomas Welsh his executors administrators and assigns negroes "Tom and Stephen"
for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars current money as by
reference to the said deed of Mortgage will more fully and at large appear   And whereas the
said Edward C Williams hath fully paid and satisfied to him the said Thomas Welsh the
above mentioned sum of money and interest thereon he the said Thomas Welsh doth agree
to execute this instrument of writing as a full release of the above mentioned described
property      Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said Thomas Welsh for and in
consideration of the payment of the above mentioned sum of money and the interest
thereon and for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to him in hand paid by
the said Edward C. Williams at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold released and
confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell release and confirm unto
him the said Edward C. Williams his executors administrators and assigns forever the
above mentioned negroes "Tom and Stephen".   To Have and to Hold the above described
property unto him the said Edward C. Williams his executors administrators and assigns
