Taylor is engaged in the trade of merchandize and may from time to time sell and dispose of the aforesaid articles to other persons than the said Sarah Ireland and whereas the said Owen M. Taylor doth hereby promise covenant and agree to and with the said Sarah Ireland to employ the money arising from said sale to the purchase of other or like articles of merchandize and likewise all other monies arising from any subsequent sales of other or like articles of merchandize so purchased as aforesaid by the said Owen M. Taylor and the other or like articles of merchandize so purchased by the said Owen M Taylor are hereby bargained and sold to the said Sarah Ireland her executors administrators and assigns as fully and effectually as those articles herein particularly enumerated are or can be. To Have and To Hold all and singular the said goods furniture and household stuff unto the said Sarah Ireland her executors administrators and assigns forever together with all such other goods as may from time to time be purchased by the said Owen |
