342 paid by the said Thomas S. McNier at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and delivered and by these presents doth grant bargain sell and deliver unto the said Thomas S. McNier the above described negro woman Charlotte and her two children negro girl Kate and negro boy William aforesaid To Have and to Hold all the right and interest of him the said Randall in and to the said negroes for and during the aforesaid term of servitude so as aforesaid limited that is to say the said Charlotte to serve till the nineteenth day of July next and the said Children negro girl named Kate and negro boy named William to serve until they severally attain the age of thirty five years to him the said Thomas S. McNier his executors administrators and assigns In Witness whereof the said Alexander Randall and Thomas Shepherd McNier have hereunto subscribed their names and affixed their seals the day and year first hereinbefore written Signed sealed and delivered in A.
