William Wiemann do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Simon Greenstine his executors administrators and assigns all the following goods and chattels to wit: half dozen silver table spoons one silver soup ladle one dozen silver tea spoons washed with gold half dozen silver teaspoons one dozen knives and forks with silver handles one bed and bedstead two dozen fine table cloths one large table cloth three dozen fine napkins one double german brass scales and weights and all other the tools and furniture belonging to the confectionary establishment now in his dwelling in the City of Annapolis To Have and to Hold all and singular the said goods and personal property and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be to the said Simon Greenstine his executors In Testimony whereof the said William Wiemann has hereto set his hand and affixed his seal this thirteenth day of April 1849 Signed sealed and delivered in the William Wiemann (seal) presence of J. W. Hunter State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that on this day of in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace of the state of Maryland in and for Anne Arundel County aforesaid personally appears William Wiemann and acknowledge the aforegoing Bill of sale or instrument of writing to be his act and deed In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name on the day and year aforesaid J. W. Hunter State of Maryland Anne Arundel County to wit: On this thirteenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace of the state of Maryland in and for Anne Arundel County personally appeared Simon Greenstine the aforegoing named Grantee and made oath on the Holy Evangely of Almighty God that the consideration in the aforegoing Bill of Sale is true and bona fide as therein set forth Sworn before J. W. Hunter April 17th 1849 Received one dollar for stamp duty on the aforegoing instrument Jos. H. Nicholson Clk Recorded on the 17th day of April 1849 Cost $1.00
