314 twenty one years also negro boy Alexander Harris aged about thirteen years to serve until he arrives to the age of twenty one years. To Have and to Hold all and singular the three negroes above named during the term of three there servitude unto the said William A. Osborn his executors administrators and assigns forever. And I the said Henry Jubb for myself my executors and administrators the said negroes above mentioned unto the said William A. Osborn his executors administrators and assigns against me the said Henry Jubb my executors and administrators against all and every other person or persons shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents. In Witness whereof the parties have hereunto set there hands and affixed there seals this thirtyeth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & forty eight Signed sealed and delivered in presence of Henry Jubb (seal) Chas. Osborn the parties to the within instrument of writing and acknowledged the same to be their act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof And at the same time personally appeared W.m A. Osborn and made oath in due form of law that the consideration therein set forth is a true and bona fide consideration as is therein stated In Testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name on the day and year first above written D. surities on a Replevin bond with the said Benjamin Watkins of Ben to a certain Harriet C. Knighton in the penalty of twelve hundred dollars bearing same date with these presents and the said Benjamin Watkins of Ben being willing and desirous to indemnify the said John H Sellman and Francis Brashears Jr from all loss on account of their being sureties as aforesaid have agreed to execute these presents. Now therefore this Indenture witnesseth that the said Benjamin Watkins of Ben in consideration of the premises and of the sum of twelve hundred dollars current money to him in hand paid by the said John H.
