and discharged from all manner of service or servitude to me my
executors administrators and assigns.  In Witness whereof I hereunto set my
hand and seal this tenth day of may eighteen hundred and forty five

    At the foot of the foregoing was thus written to wit

    State of Maryland County of Anne Arundel sct.

    Be it remembered that on this tenth day of May eighteen hundred
and forty five before the Subscriber a Justice of the peace of said State
in and for said said County duly commissioned and sworn personally
appeared Charles Waters he being known unto me to be the person
who is named and described as and professing to be a party to the
foregoing Indenture acknowledged the same to be his act and deed
In Testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name on the day and
year above written                                               J. Cockey

Bill of sale from Francis Brashears junior to
Richard Brashears of certain personal
property dated the twenty second day of
May eighteen hundred and forty five
Know all men by
these presents that
I, Francis Brashears
Jun.r of Anne Arundel
County for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars
current money to me in hand paid by Richard Brashears of the
said County at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof I the said Francis Brashears Jun.r do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
bargain and sell unto the said Richard Brashears his executors administrators
and assigns all the goods household stuff implements
and furniture particularly mentioned expressed and contained that
is to say three bay horses one roan mare one sorrel Filly four cows
four oxen sixteen hogs two horse carts one ox cart two ploughs three
cultivators Beds chairs and tables and kitchen furniture all and
singular which said goods and chattels are now remaining standing
and being in a certain messuage or tenement situate in Anne
Arundel County and now or late in the occupation of the said
Francis Brashears Jun.r  To Have and To Hold all and singular the
said chattels farming utensils household stuff and Kitchen
furniture above bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to
be to the said Richard Brashears his executors administrators and
