292 the said Alpheus B. Pumphrey his executors administrators and assigns forever. And I the said John R. Griffith for myself my heirs executors and administrators all and singular the goods and chattels unto the said Alpheus B. Pumphrey his executors administrators and assigns against me John R. Griffith my executors and assigns, and against all and every other person or persons shall and will forever warrant and defend by these presents of all and singular which said goods and chattels I the said John R. Griffith have put the said Alpheus B. Pumphrey in full possescon of by delivering to the said Alpheus B. Pumphrey one table at the sealing and delivery of these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be unto him the said Alpheus B. Pumphrey aforesaid. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twelfth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty eight John R.
