291 thereon, or on any part thereof, at the time limited for the same then these presents are upon this further trust and it is hereby agreed that the said Godfrey Friedhofer or his executors administrators or assigns may and be and they are hereby authorized to sell the above mortgaged negro girl Sarah, with all the right, title and interest at law and in Equity as well of the said Godfrey Friedhofer, as of the said William Sandsbury and Arena Jane his wife and all persons claiming under each of them in and to the said woman. And it is further agreed between the said parties that the said Godfrey Friedhofer, after default in payment shall and may advertise said woman by hand bill from giving twenty days notice and sell said woman to the highest bidder for cash, and is authorized to give a fair and bona fide title to said property In Testimony whereof we hereunto set our hands and seals on the day and year aforesaid Signed, sealed and delivered in the John W. whereof I the said John R. Griffith do hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and sold to Alpheus B. Pumphrey his executors administrators and assigns all the following goods and chattels, consisting as follows, one brindle cow, and calf, three feather beds and bedding two tables, six chairs, cubbord ware and kitchen furniture all and singular which said goods and chattels are now in the occupation of the said John R.
