Sands do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said John M. Davis his executors administrators and assigns all the goods household stuff implements and furniture hereinafter particularly mentioned, that is to say One Clock with brass works One pair of venetian blinds one pair round mahogany tables one nurses chair (cane bottom) ½ doz reed bottom chairs two mahogany chairs with velvet bottoms one childs chair with cane bottom two stools one mahogany ditto One Franklin stove one wollen Carpet and rug one parlor Lamp (Land) one pair china vases twelve wooden bottom chairs one childs do, a lot of matting One Mahogany writing desk one high seat childs chair one cherry table, one large looking Glass, two old fashioned mahogany chairs, one coal stove (radiator) one rag carpet one cane seat rocking chair, two small pine tables one pair of small slat blinds, one passage lamp, one ten plate stove one ditto with boiler three sheet iron fire boards, three bedsteads with their bedding viz One trundle one high post and one low post do one rocking chair with wooden bottom one warderobe, one bureau, one wash stand with Glass &.c One pine writing desk one pine Cuboard One stair carpet One doz brass stairrods One mahogany cradle, one pine crib one pine toilet table 2 firs fenders two pair Andirons one small rocking chair with a lot of Books and pictures too tedious to mention all and singular which said goods and chattels are now remaining and being in a certain tenement situate at the corner of Corn Hill street and the Public Circle and now in the occupancy of the said Edward Sands To Have and to hold all and singular the said goods, household stuff and furniture and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be to the said John M. Davis his Executors administrators and assigns forever, all and singular which said goods household stuff and furniture and other the premises I the said Edward Sands have put the said John M. Davis in full possession by delivering to him the said John M. Davis one picture of James K. Polk at the sealing and delivery of these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be unto him the said John W. Davis as aforesaid In witness whereof I the said Edward Sands do hereunto set my hand |
