and assigns shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents
to the said Samuel Owings his Executors administrators and assigns
the said described property against me my executors and administrators
and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever claiming
the same or any part thereof.  In testimony whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed my seal the fifth day of October Eighteen hundred
and forty seven

Received November 6.th 1847.  One dollar for Stamp duty on this Instrument
under Act of 1846 Ch 61.

Know all men by these presents that I John
Miller of Anne Arundel County for and in consideration
of the sum of five hundred dollars current
money to me in hand paid by Thomas J. Hall and Charles Hall of the
City of Baltimore on or before the sealing and delivery of these presents
The receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and
sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Thomas
J. Hall and Charles Hall all my crop of tobacco now hanging in the
houses on my farm in Anne Arundel County whereon I now reside
To Have and To Hold the same to the said Thomas J. Hall and
Charles Hall then their executors administrators and assigns forever
In Witness whereof I hereto set my Hand and Seal this 10.th day of
November 1847.

before the subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for the County aforesaid
