Stewart before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace of the State of Maryland for Anne Arundel County and acknowledged the foregoing deed or instrument of writing to be his act and deed and the property and effects of the said Louisa Stewart also therein named as party grantee and I certify that the said William H. Stewart is personally Known to me as the identical person therein named as party grantor Acknowledged before and Certified by Tho.s N. Pindle Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc.t On this thirtieth day of august in the year Eighteen hundred and forty seven and at the time of taking the foregoing acknowledgement appeared before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace of the State of Maryland for Anne Arundel County Louisa Stewart known to me as party grantee in the foregoing deed or instrument of writing and made Oath on the Holy Evangely of almighty God that the consideration set forth in the foregoing deed or instrument of writing is true and bona fide as therein set forth Sworn to before Tho.s N.
