the profits of said business he the said Simon paying over said profits from
time to time to said Henrietta as she may require to be at her own sole and
seperate use and disposal and for which her receipt or receipts to said Simon
shall be his sufficient discharge the said Henrietta to have full power to
sell or dispose of all the property hereby conveyed and its increase by writing
under her hand and seal attested by two witnesses at such time and for
such uses and purposes as she may by such writing direct and in default of
such writing said property to be equally divided at her death among the children
of said Simon and Henrietta the said Simon to receive no compensation or
purquisites for the performance of his duties as Trustee, but to be paid from
time to time such compensation for his services as the said Henrietta shall
under her hand and seal direct and the said Simon shall carry on said
business in his Own name as Trustee of said Henrietta and shall have power
as such to contract such debts and make such acceptances as may be
necessary to conduct said business and to collect all debts which may become
due to him as said Trustee  And the said Dorathea hath put the said
Simon as Trustee in full possession of all the property hereby conveyed by delivering to
him One shawl at the sealing and delivery of these presents in the name of the
whole of the property hereby conveyed or meant mentioned or intended hereby
so to be
                In Witness whereof the said Dorothea hath hereto set her hand and
Seal the day and year herein first before written

                                       On this fifth day of August in the year 1847 before
me the Subscriber a Justice of he peace of the state of Maryland for Anne
Arundel County personally appeared Dorathea Rosenthal party
Grantor in the foregoing deed or instrument of writing and know to me as
the identical person named therein as such and signed sealed and
acknowledged the same as her act and deed
