Bill of Sale from
Jn.o & Elizabeth Disney
                    To
William Williams
 Know all men by these presents that we John Disney
and Elizabeth Disney of Anne Arundel County State of
Maryland for and in consideration of the sum of seven
Dollars to us in hand paid by William Williams of
the said county and state at or before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge and to
be therewith fully satisfied have granted bargained sold and delivered and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and deliver unto the said W.m Williams
his Heirs Executors administrators and assigns his two children John Washington
Martha Ann      To have and to hold the said two children to the said William
Williams his Heirs executors and assigns and we the said John Disney and Elizabeth
Disney for ourselves our Heirs executors and administrators the said two children
against us and our Heirs executors and administrators and against all
and every other person or persons whom soever unto the said W.m Williams His
Heirs executors administrators and assigns shall and will warrant and
forever defend by these presents in   Witness whereof we have Hereunto set
Our Hands and seals this 13.th day of August 1846

Bill of Sale Freeborn G Waters
                        to
    George R. Webb
 Know all men by these presents,
That I Freeborn G. Waters Executor of
Charles Waters dece.d of Baltimore City
and State of Maryland for and in
consideration of the sum of Two hundred and Eighty dollars lawful money
of the United States secured by note to be paid by George R Webb of Anne Arundel
County and State aforesaid at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged   Have granted bargained and
sold and by these presents Do grant bargain and sell unto the said George
R Webb his Executors Administrators and assigns One Negro Boy named Phil
aged about Twelve years of the property of Charles Waters late of the City of
Baltimore dec.d as a slave to serve untill the first day of May Eighteen
hundred and Sixty nine (1869) and thereafter to be free and discharged
from all servitude agreeably to the form and effect of the last Will and
Testament of the said dec.d the said negro Boy being sold and conveyed by me
