                                  City and County of Philadelphia SS.

I John Smith Prothony of the Court of Common plees for the County aforesaid
do Certify that Daniel L Donaldson before whom the foregoing power of attorney
was Acknowledged was at the time of so doing and still is an alderman
of the County of Philadelphia and is now a Justice of the peace duly
commissioned and qualified to all whose acts as put full faith and credit
are and ought to be given us well in Courts of Justices as else where
                   In Witness whereof I have hereto affixed the Seal of said
                      Court this seventh day of July A. D. Eighteen hundred
                            forty seven

 Know all men by these presents that we John
Disney and Elizabeth Disney of Anne Arundel
County State of Maryland for and in consideration
of the Sum of thirteen to us in hand paid by Charles
Gambrill of said County and State at or before the
Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
and to be therewith fully Satisfied have granted bargained sold and
delivered and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and Deliver unto the
Said Charles Gambrill his heirs executors administrators and assigns His
three children Georgianna Charles Henry and Augustin
To Have and to hold the said three children to the said Charles Gambrill
his heis executors administrators and assigns and we the said John
Disney and Elizabeth Disney for Ourselves Our Heirs Executors and administrators
the said three children against us and our Heirs executors
and administrators and against all and every other person or persons
whomsoever unto the said Charles Gambrill his Heirs executors administrators
and assigns shall and will warrant and defend by these
presents      In Witness whereof we Hereunto set our Hands and
Seals this 13.th day of August 1846
