State of Maryland Anne Arundel County To wit

Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that on this 26.th day of June
1847 before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the Peace of the state and County
aforesaid personally appears Robert Atwell he being known to me to be the person
who is named and described as and professing to be party to the foregoing Bill of
sale and doth acknowledge the Said indenture or instrument of writing to be his
act and deed      In testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name on the
day and year aforesaid

State of Maryland, Anne Arundel County to wit

On this 26.th day of June eighteen hundred and forty seven before me the subscriber
One of the Justices of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid personally appeared
William H. Wood Mortgagee mentioned in the within Bill of Sale or instrument of writing
and made Oath on the Holy Evangely of almigighty God that Robert Atwell
mortgager as aforesaid owes and stands justly indebted to him the said W.m H.
Wood in the sum of Fifty One dollars and thirty eight cents current money
and that he has not received any security or satisfaction for the same except the
personal property conveyed to him by the within Bill of sale or instrument of
writing                                    Sworn before

Know all men by these presents that I
William H. Stewart of Anne Arundel County
for and in consideration of the sum of Three
hundred dollars current money to me in hand
paid by Louisa Stewart of Anne Arundel County at or before the sealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I the said William F.
Steuart do hereby acknowledge, have granted bargained and sold and by these
presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the said Louisa Steuart her executors
administrators and assigns, all the goods household stuff implements
and furniture herein after particularly mentioned and expressed that is to
say three feather beds and bedding three tables one clock one bureau
two bull yearlings one black horse one nankeen Coloured mare one cow
one yoke of oxen ten hogs one cart together with the crops now growing upon
