the farm, all of which said goods and chattels and property herein
particularly mentioned are now remaining standing and being on a certain
farm or premises situate in Anne Arundel County and now in the Occupation
of said William H. Stewart
To Have and to hold all and singular the said goods, household stuff and
furniture and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned
or intended so to be to the said Louisa Stewart her Executors administrators
and assigns forever
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second
day of July eighteen hundred and forty seven

Be it remembered that on this Second day of July in the year of Our
Lord One thousand eight hundred and forty seven before the subscriber
of the State of Maryland a Justice of the peace for Anne Arundel County
personally appeared William H. Stewart party grantor in the annexed
instrument of writing and acknowledged the same to be his act
and deed  And I further Certify that I am satisfied of my own
knowledge that the said William H. Steuart is the same person
named and described as party grantor in said deed or instrument
of writing

Anne Arundel County, to wit

On this 6.th day of July Eighteen hundred and forty seven personally
appeared before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for the
County aforesaid and before whom the within acknowledgment was made
Louisa Stewart the party grantee to the within instrument of writing and made
Oath on the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God that she did pay to the within
named William H. Stewart the party grantor the sum of Three Hundred
Dollars the consideration money therein mentioned and for the purposes
therein expressed and set forth and that the consideration therein stated
is true and paid bonafide as mentioned in said deed to the best of her
knowledge and belief
                                        Sworn to before         Edward Dubois J. P.
Received July 7.th 1847 one dollar the stamp duty chargeable on the within bill
