Eleonora M. Goldsborough her heirs executors and administrators forever to
which said deed of mortgage there was a condition that if the said Howes Goldsborough
should pay to the said Eleonora M. Goldsborough a note of hand passed
to her for the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars dated the fourth day of September
in the year eighteen hundred and thirty eight with interest and costs due
thereon and should also pay to Sarah E Goldsborough a note of hand passed
to her for the sum of one hundred and ten dollars dated the second day of
April in the year Eighteen hundred and thirty three with interest and costs
due thereon as by reference to the said deed of mortgage will more fully and at
large appear   And whereas the said Howes Goldsborough hath fully satisfied
and paid to the said Eleonora M Goldsborough and the said Sarah E Goldsborough
the said sum of money so due as aforesaid on the said several notes and
the interest and costs thereon she the said Eleonora M Goldsborough doth agree to
execute this instrument of writing as a full release of the above mentioned several
goods and chattels
Now This Indenture witnesseth that the said Eleonora M. Goldsborough
for and in consideration of the payment of the above mentioned sums of money and
the interest and costs due thereon and for and in consideration of the sum of one
dollar current money to her in hand paid by the said Howes Goldsborough the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the the said Eleonora M Goldsborough
doth by these presents doth grant bargain sell release and confirm unto the said
Howes Goldsborough his executor administrators and assigns forever all the
above mentioned several goods and chattels to him the said Howes Goldsborough
his executors administrators and assigns forever to his and their only proper
use and behoof and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatever
In Testimony whereof the said Eleonora M Goldsborough hath hereunto subscribed
her name and affixed her seal on the day and year first herein before
written

State of Maryland              Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that on
Talbot County  to wit         this third day of may in the year of Our Lord One
thousand Eight hundred and forty seven before the subscriber a justice of the
peace of the State of Maryland in and for the County aforesaid personally
appears Eleonora M Goldsborough and acknowledges the within and foregoing
instrument of writing to be her act and deed
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name on the day and
year aforesaid
