193. State of Maryland
five and payable twelve months after date and the better to secure the payment of the said Note and for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid by Alexander Randall of the said City the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Have bargained sold set over and delivered to the said Randall all the Crop of Tobacco raised on the Farm of the said Gilbert Murdock near the City of Annapolis during the last year now in the Houses on said Farm consisting of about Thousand pounds and supposed to be sufficient to fill about Fifteen hogsheads the whole to be property packed and prepared for market and delivered to the said Randall at the wharf in Annapolis to be by the said Randall sold and the net proceeds thereof credited on the aforesaid note and the surplus if any paid over to the said WIlliam Murdock as Executor and Trustee aforesaid after satisfying the said note and the interest thereon Provided nevertheless that if the said note be paid within three months this deed to be void In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed my seal this nineteenth day of march Eighteen hundred and forty Seven Signed Sealed and delivered in presence of William Murdock (Seal) W.m Glover State of Maryland Anne Arundel County Sc.t Be it remembered that On this nineteenth day of march in the year Eighteen hundred and forty seven before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace of the State of Maryland in and for Anne Arundel COunty personally appears William Murdock aforesaid and acknowledges the aforegoing deed as his act and deed W.m Glover Recorded the 19.th day of March 1847
