188 administrators or assigns the said sum of one hundred and twenty dollars being the joint amount of the two aforesaid recited notes or obligations without any manner of deduction according to the true meaning thereof and of these presents that then these presents and every thing herein contained shall cease be void and of none effect anything herein contained to the contrary thereof in any wise notwithstanding. dollars to me in hand paid by Henry Purdy and Galen Purdy of said County and State at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I the said Henry Maynadier do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Henry Purdy and Galen Purdy their executors administrators and assigns or certain negro woman and Slave named Louisa supposed to be about twenty five years of age and certain other negro children of Louisa viz Aaron supposed to be six or seven years of age Solomon supposed to be two or three years of age and an infant Grace supposed to be four months of age. To Have and To Hold the said Negro Woman named Louisa and her said Children named Aaron Solomon and Grace above bargained and sold or intended as to be to the said Henry Purdy and Galen Purdy their Executors administrators and assigns forever |
