Negro Boy Zach for the term of years aforesaid but no longer to the said Joshua
Stewart his Executors administrators and assigns as aforesaid  In Witness whereof
we have hereunto set our hands and seals this sixth day of February eighteen
hundred and forty seven

At the foot of the foregoing was thus written to wit

       State of Maryland Anne Arundel County S. S.

Be it remembered that on this sixth day of February 1847 before the Subscriber
a justice of the peace for said County appears F. G Waters Exr as aforesaid &
Joshua Stewart and acknowledges the above instrument of writing to be their
act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof

Know all men by these presents that I Freeborn G Waters  (               Dol                 )
Executor of Charles Waters decd of Baltimore City and State of Maryland
for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and forty dollars
lawful money of the United States received by note to be paid by Jonathan
Warfield of Anne Arundel County & State aforesaid at or before the sealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and
sell unto the said Jonathan Warfield his Executors administrators
and assigns one negro Boy named Isaac about six years old of the property
of Charles Waters late of the City of Baltimore decd as a slave to serve until
he arrives at the age of thirty five years (35) and thereafter to be free
and discharged from all servitude agreeably to the form & effect of
the last will & testament of the said decd the said negro Boy Isaac
being sold and conveyed by me as Executor and in virtue of the power
and authority vested in me by said last will and testament  To Have
and To Hold the said described negro Boy Isaac for the term of years aforesaid
but no longer to the said Jonathan Warfield his Executors administrators
and assigns as aforesaid.  In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our
hands and seals this fifth day of February eighteen hundred and forty seven
